Full payment is due prior to shipping.
Online stock is kept up to date and available to the best of our abilities, but there may be times when a product becomes temporarily unavailable or delayed. We cannot guarantee that a product or item will still be available. A notification will be sent to you when this happens, and you will be given the option of waiting for the backorder or receiving a refund.
At this time we ship only to the United States via the US Postal Service. Check back or contact us if you are outside the USA and would like shipping to be added to your country in the future.
Items will ship in a timely manner. We strive to ship within 7 business days if not sooner.
If you receive an order with an error. Please contact us as soon as possible. We will fix the issue as soon as possible with no additional cost to you or provide an equivalent replacement.
A return policy of 14 days from purchase for unworn jewelry in new condition will be implemented. Customers will be asked to email MLD for a return authorization number via the Contact Page. A followup email with a photo will be asked to be provided showing the perfect condition of each jewelry piece.
Customers are responsible for their own return postage via USPS, and for providing Michelle Leonardo Design proof of tracking number and insurance to the PO Box number. By making a purchase at MichelleLeonardoDesign.com you agree to all the company Terms & Return Policies.
There is a 30-day guarantee after purchase for any breakage that may occur with normal wear. Please email us via the Contact Page with the date of purchase, the style name, and a follow-up photo of the breakage. Customers are responsible to for return postage to Michelle Leonardo Design, but Michelle Leonardo Design will mail the repaired jewelry back to you free of charge as long as it is within the 30 day time period.
Michelle Leonardo Design creates their pieces to the highest industry standards of construction and the strongest thread available on the market for this style of jewelry. But because it is a handmade item, the purchaser acknowledges that over time, or in rare circumstances, the jewelry can and may break.
If a piece requires repair after 30 days of purchase, then the customer may inquire via email on whether a piece can be repaired on a case by case basis. Please provide details in an email via the Contact Page of how/when the piece broke. A photo of the jewelry piece detailing the breakage will be required in a follow-up email. Please include in the initial email whether or not if you have all the beads to repair the breakage. A repair fee matching the work necessary for the repair and materials will be assessed at the time of the repair quote. A repair quote and timeline will be provided on a case by case basis. Please note that in some circumstances certain items may not be repairable.
